ASTAVIK provides web development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal provided to the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, content, and feedback required for project completion.
  • Ensure they have the rights to any content provided to us for use in a project.
  • Make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables (e.g., website code, design files) as specified in the project agreement. ASTAVIK reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including deposit amounts and milestone payments, will be outlined in the project proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in project suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

ASTAVIK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
